There could be several reasons why you are having trouble which are usually browser related. Please try these steps below:
1) Cut and paste the log in link, https://betrayal.mykajabi.com/login/ into a brand new browser, (do not click the link) - if you're using Chrome, open it in Firefox or another one.
2) If you use the same browser, find your browser settings, usually in the upper right corner of your screen, and clear your browsing history and cache.
3) Try opening the web page in a private incognito window. Go into your browser settings (usually up in the right hand corner - (3 dots for Chrome, a wrench for Firefox ) and click "Private incognito window."
4) Try updating your flash player or make sure you have it.
